I am a certified Nutrition & Wellness Coach under The Nutritious Life Studio (led & founded by Keri Glassman); Certified 6-Week Healthy Eating from Harvard Medical School and have worked closely with Holistic Nutritionists in creating my meal plans for myself and my clients. Aside from creating personalized healthy eating, exercise and mindfulness plans to ensure the best results, I'll be right there with you, coaching you to keep you on track during the unmotivating days to keep you accountable to reach your goals. How you make it through these days will determine your results!
